Return Policy:

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned under any conditions (unless Girlslovelace is at fault) : custom made wigs, custom colored wigs, custom altered wigs,made to order wigs, ready to ship wigs (if not apart of European Collection) and products. Custom wigs are personalized to fit your measurements and cannot be resold or restocked. Once your wig has been personalized to fit your color request, no returns will be accepted. Once you wig has been cut to your requested length, no returns will be accepted. 

Final sale items. Once purchased, these items are not eligible for a refund. Please proofread your order wisely before making a selection. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, final sale items, or gift cards.

All refund will be returned to the same form of payment used to complete your order. 

European Collection Return Policy: 

Because we understand that the price of the European Collection and stand behind the quality of it 100%,it has a 2 day return policy, in this circumstance you have 2 days from the point of delivery to request a return. For example, package is delivered Monday, item must be postmarked with tracking emailed to help@girlslovelace.com  by Wednesday. Package delivered on Friday must be postmarked and delivered to the post office by Sunday.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original, Girlslovelace condition. This means the item is unaltered (including brushing, combining, cutting), undamaged, unworn, free of odors, with tags attached in original packaging.  If any component is missing or altered no refund or exchange can be given. Due to the sanitary nature of wigs and hairpieces these guidelines are strictly enforced. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note you are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) back to us. There is a 10% restocking fee on returns. Upon the arrival of the item back to the salon, we will inspect and let you know if the return is approved or not.

Exchange Policy:

Units are only allowed to be exchanged if you are sent the wrong items and the product is in the original condition. Exchanges must be communicated via email (help@girlslovelace.com) and can be sent to PO Box 31 Easley South Carolina 29641

Shipping can be delayed due to covid-19 or weather please understand it is out of Girlslovelace LLC control. Our goal is to get your hair to you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, Girlslovelace LLC is no longer responsible or liable. Girlslovelace LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact help@girlslovelace.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

Color:

Due to each person having different lighting settings and devices, actual colors in the photo may vary! By purchasing units you understand the colors in the photo may look slightly different in person. We use high quality studio lighting when taking photos of our product; therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will accurately portray the product. 

Made to Order Units:

Please Understand that these Units are not on hand. These units are created at the time of purchase and undergo a turnaround time on average of 7-21 Business Days which does not include shipping. 

Made to Order Units are also recreations of our past Ready to ship/ Custom Orders in which no two wigs will be colored exactly the same. All Made to Order units are made similar to their originals, not identical! 

Bring Your Own Bundle/ Wig Spa:

Wigs and Bundles must be sent in within 1-2 Business Days after purchase. We understand, that shipping times are tedious at the moment; however, we ask that the package be sent off 1-2 Business Days after the purchase. We will allow 10 Business Days after the shipment time frame to pass, before the order will automatically be cancelled with no refund. Please reach out to

Measurements

It is vital that when providing measurements for Custom Units and when taking Measurements for Ready to Ship/ Made to Order Units that you take your measurements accurately. Girlslovelace LLC is not responsible for incorrect measurements as we provide a detailed explanation of how to properly take these in our FAQ section. 

Essential Collection:

All wigs in this collection are premade manufactured units!  These units cannot be altered upon purchase, exchanged, or returned. All units are sold as is!
